The Boots I'm Wearing this Fall/Winter

I must say that I am pretty proud of my boot line up for this fall/winter season. Some are new additions and the others I have owned maybe a year or so. Nonetheless, they will all serve a purpose in these colder months and I feel I have exactly what I need with no holes. Add in a pair of rainboots, because the weather in the Northeast US is terrible currently, and the options mentioned in this post…I am all set for the season!

I have my two pair of snakeskin boots. Of course you have seen the beige pair here and here. They are an old style from Zara but there are duplicates everywhere and I found a pair here. Recently I purchased the brown ones on sale at Macy’s online (I can’t do Macy’s in store shopping…not for me). I found them here on sale as well for even less than what I paid. The black suede pair were mentioned in a previous post. I told you guys I wear my stuff. WEAR YOUR STUFF! Here is this year’s version. Finally the short tan suede pair are old from Zara and they are actually kitten heels * covers face *. To get a visual, I posted a look in them on my Instagram here. Shoot me…I like them!

I absolutely LOVE this time of year for fashion, clothes, layering, etc. Boots are a must have and staple so having curated a nice little collection makes me feel a sense of peace. I think I have something for every occasion. My flat boots/combat boots will probably be worn the most due to comfort and my go to “uniform” mentioned here in this post. I splurged on the Louis Vuitton pair on a planned trip to Paris. Read about that here, if you haven’t already. And the all black ones are a recent pick up from Bloomingdales. I ended up getting 25% off and it looks like you can too because they are running their Friends & Family sale right now. The leather is very supple so if you are a person that cringes at wrinkles in your leather, these may not be for you. I personally like the worn look and they are VERY comfortable.

The feeling of getting dressed in the morning and knowing you have a sure fire win in the shoe department…BLISS! What’s on your feet this season? Even though I think I’m good, I do have my eye on these in Ivory. Someone stop me because it’s getting out of control. HALP!
